What should I do when I am tired? This is one question that has been prevalent around the world in this modern and busy generation. In order to stop feeling tired, you need to learn how you can energize your spirit. Here are some easy ways.

Take a shower. A cold shower is effective in energizing your body. The coldness will awaken your senses and will help you become more active and alert. When you feel too exhausted from work, rest a little then go to the shower room. You can also do it in the morning after waking up in order to get rid of all the sleepiness that you are feeling.

Dress up. Wearing your best is another way of stopping tiredness. Imagine yourself in pajamas or sweats. Don't you feel more tired because you feel like it is the best outfit to sleep or lay around? Forgive and forget. Negative feelings such as hatred to another person will just drag your energy down. If you want to have an energetic life, you need to let go of the hatred in your heart. Learn to forgive people and understand that every person has his or her own shortcomings. Grudges will only make you tired because you always have negative feelings to think about. They can cause increase in blood pressure whenever you feel angry and it can also lead to stress. Therefore, do yourself a favor and forgive those people who have done wrong things to you.
