This statement can be misleading and dangerous, although yoga can help in some cases. If your back pain is caused by muscle issues, then doing yoga can certainly help. For example, you may need to stretch and strengthen certain muscles in your back or other areas. Once you have done that, your back pain may very well go away. Back pain due to bone issues, like a problem with a spinal disc, won't be relieved by yoga. In this kind of situation, you risk doing more damage by practicing yoga. People report feeling energized all day when they exercise in the morning. The increased energy is partially caused by increased blood circulation. If you're totally new to working out, it is especially important to sort out the truth about health and fitness from the falsehoods. Because you are still forming your fitness habits, this is extremely important. You will have to go through a painful re-education later if you form the wrong habits now. You need good habits to succeed and to stick with your fitness routine.
